Your application for access to documents – Ref GestDem 2018/6743
Dear Ms Tansey,
We refer to your e-mail dated 13/12/2018 in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered the same day under the above-mentioned reference number.
By letter of 6 February 2019 from Mr Korte, Director General of DG EMPL, (ref.
Ares(2019)679543), you have received a number of documents and were informed that
the Commission was obliged to consult third parties (Article 4, paragraph 4 of Regulation
1049/2001) on disclosure of documents listed in Annex II to that letter.
We have now received authorisation to disclose their respective documents by Business
Europe, CEEP and SMEunited1. We have received no answer from Deliveroo nor from
CPME to our request. Having analysed Deliveroo’s e-mail, and the letter sent by CPME,
in view of Regulation 1049/2001, we have decided to disclose them.
Please also note that SMEunited has asked to know the identity of the applicant for this
request for access to documents. We would therefore appreciate if you could agree upon
our revealing your identity and the name of the organisation you represent to SMEunited.
1 UEAPME decided in November 2018 on SMEunited as the new name for the association for Crafts
and SMEs in Europe.

I have the pleasure of sending you the rest of the documents related to your request.
Yours sincerely,
Adam POKORNY
