Summary of the discussions 
The meeting took place at the request of the Grayling consultancy, at the occasion of the visit to Brussels 
of the representatives of Thai Union Europe. 
Thai Union Europe asked about the state of play of trade negotiations with South-East Asian countries, 
notably Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia and expressed interest with regard to the next 
steps concerning the "yellow card" issued by the Commission to Thailand and Vietnam under the EU IUU 
Regulation. In this regard, Thai Union Europe referred to its ongoing initiatives on sustainability, 
concerning both environmental and labour aspects.
