documents, registered under the above-mentioned reference number. 
You request access to: 
1. the AMIF interim evaluation reports for Italy, France and Greece; 
2. the list of beneficiaries of the AMIF in Italy for the period 2014-2018; 
Regarding  the  AMIF  interim  evaluation  reports  for  Greece,  we  enclose  a  link  to  the 
public  report  for  Greece:  https://www.amifisf.gr/axiologisi-tou-ep/.  Since  the  other 
requested reports originate from Italy and France, these Member States, as originators of the 
documents, have been consulted and accepted the release of the requested documents. You 
find them enclosed.  
Please  note  that  these  reports,  originating  from  three  Member  States,  are  disclosed  for 
information only. They do not reflect the position of the Commission and cannot be quoted 
as such. 
Concerning your request for access to the list of beneficiaries of the AMIF in Italy for the 
period  2014-2018,  we  regret  to  inform  you  that  the  Commission  does  not  hold  a 
document that would correspond to the description given in your application.   
As  specified  in  Article  2(3)  of  Regulation  1049/2001,  the  right  of  access  as  defined  in 
that regulation applies only to existing documents in the possession of the institution.

Given that, no such document corresponding to the description given in your application 
is  held  by  the  Commission,  the  Commission  is  not  in  a  position  to  fulfil  a  part  of  your 
request related to the list of beneficiaries of the AMIF in Italy for the period 2014-2018. 
 
However, please be informed that the list of beneficiaries of the AMIF in Italy under the 
“Union  actions”  (Emergency  Assistance  and  other  calls  for  proposals)  can  be  found  in 
the  AMIF  Union  actions  website,  under  the  following  link,  after  applying  appropriate 
criteria 
for 
search:

“Awarded projects”. 
To obtain a corresponding list regarding the beneficiaries of projects financed under the 
Italian  AMIF  National  Programme  2014-2020,  the  Commission  advises  you  to  contact

and  Migration  (Ministero  dell’Interno  –  Dipartimento  per  le  Libertà  Civili  e

In  accordance  with  Article  7(2)  of  Regulation  1049/2001,  you  are  entitled  to  make  a 
confirmatory application requesting the Commission to review this position.
