Subject: European Data Protection Board - public availability of documentation
May I ask if you publish papers prepared for your meetings?
I am particularly interested in the work of the Financial Matters sub-group and its work on the GDPR and
automatic exchange of information for tax purposes (FATCA and CRS).
I see that at the meeting on 26th September there was a discussion of FATCA compatibility with the GDPR,
and at the meeting on 4th December there was report on the outcome of the questionnaires on the OECD
CRS. Are any documents relating to these topics available to the public? If so, may I ask how they may be
obtained (or perhaps they could be sent to me)?
