Dear Ms Reda,
Thank you for your request for access to documents, which the EEAS has examined in the
framework of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.1
Following your request, we have searched for documents which contain "any information that
the EEAS holds in connection with the letter of 20 March 2020, as well as any information
related to the South African Draft Copyright Bill" in the EEAS filing systems and document
management databases. In addition, we have also asked the EEAS relevant division and EU
Delegation in Pretoria to search for such documents.
I am pleased to forward to you the identified documents in attachment to this letter.
