the area of Northern Ireland
Dear Ms Gibson,
We hereby acknowledge receipt of your message of 3 June 2020 requesting access to
documents containing the following information, in pursuance with the provisions of
Regulation (EC) No 1049/20011:
“
A copy of the latest reports that you hold on the status of Northern Ireland’s air (including
ionising and non-ionising contamination), water, land, biodiversity and carbon emissions.
This request is not asking for information pertaining to Great Britain but sole Northern
Ireland”.
After examination of your request, please be advised that the European Environment
Agency (EEA) is not in a position to grant access to the requested information, insofar as
it does not hold reports solely on Northern Ireland.
