I write in relation to your e-mail of 8 June 2020, in which you make a request for access 
to  documents.  Your  request  was  registered  on  11  June  2020  under  the  abovementioned 
reference number. 
You request access to the “list of attendance for the meeting between representatives of 
the European Commission’s services and of the Government of Malta on the issue of the 
Individual Investor Programme of the Republic of Malta which took place on 29 January 
2014
”. 
Following  a  research  in  the  historical  archives,  I  regret  to  inform  you  that  the 
Commission does not hold any such list as described by you. 
However,  a  Joint  Press  Statement  by  the  European  Commission  and  the  Maltese 
Authorities  on  Malta’s  Individual  Investor  Programme  of  29  January  2014  has  been 
made publicly available here:

As  specified  in  Article  2(3)  of  Regulation  (EC)  No  1049/2001,  the  right  of  access  as 
defined  in  that  regulation  applies  only  to  existing  documents  in  the  possession  of  the 
institution.  
Given that no such documents are held by the Commission, the Commission is not in a 
position to fulfil your request.
