1.1 Minutes of the 30th Plenary meeting –
adoption
The minutes were unanimously adopted.
1.2 Draft agenda of the 31th EDPB meeting
– adoption
A member of the EDPB requested to add to AOB an update on the Global Privacy Assembly's (GPA)
COVID-19 Taskforce. A member of the EDPB requested to add to AOB a draft decision recently shared
by the SA. The draft agenda was adopted with those modifications.
2 Current Focus of the EDPB Members
2.1 Open letter from NOYB to the EDPB and others - discussion and adoption
The Chair of the EDPB presented the draft reply.
The EDPB members discussed modifications to the wording of the draft letter and adopted
unanimously the modified version of the letter.
2.2 Questionnaire on opening borders - discussion

Upon proposal by one of the EDPB members, the EDPB decided to give a mandate to the
to
prepare a statement on some of the issues identified in the questionnaire related to the opening of
borders. Two EDPB members agreed to assist the
in preparing the draft statement
ahead of the next plenary meeting.
2.3 Response letter to ENISA advisory group - discussion and adoption
The EDPB Secretariat presented the request received from ENISA asking the EDPB to appoint a main
representative as wel as an alternate representative to the ENISA Advisory Group.
The draft letter announces that an alternate representative wil be appointed at a later stage.
The EDPB members adopted the letter unanimously.
3 FOR DISCUSSION AND/OR ADOPTION – Expert Subgroups and
Secretariat
3.1 BTLE ESG - Response letter to MEPs on use of Clearview AI by law enforcement
authorities - discussion and adoption
The EDPB members discussed the options presented by the ESGs and, after determining which options
enjoy most support, adopt the draft letter unanimously.
3.2 Social Media ESG
3.2.1 TikTok Task Force– request for mandate
One of the rapporteurs presented the request for mandate for the creation of a task force on TikTok

3.2.2 TikTok draft letter to MEP Körner – discussion and adoption
The rapporteur presented the work done on the draft reply.

4 AOB
4.1 The Global Privacy Assembly's (GPA) COVID-19 Taskforce
The
provided a short update on the work of the COVID-19 taskforce that was established by the
GPA. The taskforce aims to support the work of the members of the GPA. The
wil continue to
update the EDPB on the work for the taskforce.

invited the EDPB to keep the GPA taskforce informed about any official documents published
by the EDPB on COVID-19.
