Subject: Reply to request for access to documents  
We  refer  to  your  e-mail  dated  24  September  2020  by  which  you  make  a  request  for  access  to 
documents, registered by us under reference number Ref.: 03/2020.  
In your application, you request access to documents which contain the following information: 
    - "Memorandum of Understanding" or "Agreement" between EIT InnoEnergy SE and Infinity Lithium 
Corp (ASX:INF), as per press release 26-03-2020 [Ref1], including any existing addenda, annexes , 
amendments, or subcontracts 
    - "Added Value Services Agreement", between EIT InnoEnergy SE and Savannah Resources Plc (AIM: 
SAV), as per press release 27-05-2020 [Ref2], including any existing addenda, annexes , amendments, 
or subcontracts. 
As  laid  down  in  Article  2(3)  of  Regulation  (EC)  No  1049/2001,  the  right  of  access  applies  only  to 
existing documents in possession of the institution. In this regard, please note that the EIT does not 
hold any documents that would correspond to the description given in your application. As a result, 
the EIT is not in a position to deal with your request any further.    
However, we would also like to inform that in the spirit of Regulation No 1049/2001, and in particular, 
Article 6 (4), with the aim to assist you as much as possible in your request to access to documents, 
we  advice  you  to  address  your  request  directly  to  EIT  InnoEnergy.  Please  find  below  the  contact
