We enclose a copy of the documents requested relating to the meetings between (i) Royal
DSM, Mr. Lukas Visek and Mrs. Aleksandra Tomczak, cabinet members of the
Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Mr. Frans Timmermans on the
13th January 2021 and (ii) EDF and Mrs. Aleksandra Tomczak on the 14th January 2021.

these personal data nor do you put forward any arguments to establish the necessity to
have the data transmitted for a specific purpose in the public interest.
