Your initial correspondence, received on 12th April 2021 was registered under
Ares(2021)2481229. Having now clarified the situation regarding your postal address your
request has now been transferred and registered under the above-mentioned reference number -
GESTDEM 2021/2242. Your request concerns access to :
“The detailed list of all the 161 waste infringements cases you indentified in 2020 and the
detailed list of all the 58 waste infringements you indentified in 2019. I request precisely to
have the precises purpose of the infrigement, the date, the names of the contries concerned
I have the pleasure to inform you that you can find and extract lists of infringement cases
from the public register on the Europa website:
In this register, you will find the waste cases by selecting the year, active and/or closed cases,
and environment. From that list you can identify case titles starting with "waste" on the list.
Selected cases can be exported to an Excel worksheet. The list will provide you with the
required information on the precise purpose of the infringement under the “title” of the case,
the date of the decision and the name of the country concerned.

of the application of EU law, published by the Secretariat-General by following this link, on
the Europa website:
