Dear Executive Agency for Health and Consumers (EAHC),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) A list of Irish programs promoting health development as a means of implementing the EU Health Strategy, since 2005 to present.

2) A description of each of these programs, including names of the main of people/departments/companies involved.

3) The amount of funding each individual project was awarded.

4) The success of all projects which are completed.
