We  refer  to  your  e-mail  of  17  September  2021,  in  which  you  make  a  request  for  access  to 
documents, registered on the same day under the above-mentioned reference number.  
Your  request  reads  as  follows:  All  documentation  (including  but  not  limited  to  all  email 
correspondence,  attendance  lists,  agendas,  background  papers,  transcripts,  recordings  and 
minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below: 1. Between Gas Distributors for Sustainability 
(GD4S) and Katherine Power, Cabinet member of Commissioner Mairead McGuinness, and Peter

We  have  identified  two  documents  falling  under  the  scope  of  your  request,  which  you  will  find 
attached:  Briefing  no.  423  and  minutes  of  the  meeting  (FISMA/12504).  Please  note  that  Gas 
Distributors for Sustainability shared with our services a White Paper that is publicly available online 
on their website.
