Referring to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to EU documents and to the 'Aarhus Regulation' (see note), I would herewith like to ask for access to the following:

1- working documents and correspondence related to the establishment of the first (2013), second (2015), third (2017) and fourth (2019) PCI lists. (working documents of DG ENER and cabinet of Commissioner for energy, correspondence between Cabinet officials and DG Ener, working documents of the regional groups etc, correspondence and meetings with stakeholders etc.)

2 - Working documents of regional groups for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th PCI lists (including ranking of PCI projects established by regional groups)

3 - correspondence and minutes of meetings between DG ENER and the European Parliament related to the establishment of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th PCI list

4 - correspondence and minutes of meetings between DG ENER and the European Council/Member States related to the establishment of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th PCI list

I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis.

Dear Ms Couffon,
