Access to documents requests in 2013

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I am writing to request access to a detailed list of all applications to access ECB documents received in the year 2013. In particular, I would like to know the following:
1.Number of requests to the ECB
2.Number of successful, partially successful, unsuccessful requests
3.Number of confirmatory applications
4.Result of confirmatory applications
5.Most commonly used exception for denial of access
6.Average time frame for responding
