- Average initial response and completion times to access to information requests under Regulation 1049/2001 in Commission DGs.
- Information/documents on; the number of requests denied, how many have had confirmatory applications, how many overturned decisions, how many complaints were made to the Ombudsman on access to information and any related information.
- Any other held statistical information on access to information requests within the Commission Directorate Generals.

I refer to your email of 27 January 2012, in which you request statistical
information regarding the handling, by the services of the Commission, of
applications for access to documents under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
Most of the information requested is available in the annual reports on
the application of Regulation 1049/2001. Please find attached a copy of
the latest report, covering the year 2010. The report on the year 2011 is
