Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following:
1. Meeting titled “Competition and the Green Deal” the representatives of CEFIC and Europe Fit for Digital Age Executive Vice President, Margrethe Vestager on 13/01/2021.
2. Meeting titles “European Green Deal and the implementation of the EU Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability” between representatives of CEFIC and European Green Deal representatives Antoine Colombani and Helena Braun, cabinet members of Frans Timmermans on the 10/11/2020.
3. Meeting titled “Chemicals Strategy and chemical recycling” between CEFIC representatives and European Green Deal representatives, Helena Brun, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on the 30/10/2020.

on 06/12/2021 under reference number GESTDEM 2021/7744 – dealt with by
unit SG.D.1 and ref. number GESTDEM 2021/7745 – dealt with by unit SG.D.2.

European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application
will be handled within 15 working days.
The time limit will expire on 5 January 2022. In case this time limit
needs to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

I refer to your e-mail dated 01/12/2021, in which you make a request for
access to documents. You application was registered on 01/12/2021 under
the above mentioned reference number.

Dear Ms Milet,
I refer to your request dated 01/12/2021, registered on 06/12/2021, in
which you make a request for access to documents under the above mentioned
reference number. Your application is currently being handled. However, we
will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expired on 05/01/2022.
An extended time limit is needed as the handling of your application could
not yet be completed at this stage. Therefore, we have to extend the time
