Dear Mr Dohle,

After a thorough search in the EEAS filing systems, the document management databases and archives, we were unable to identify any documents matching your request.

We have attributed your request to the EU Delegation in Kenya. However, till now they were unable to trace the documents in question. We therefore, exceptionally, need to extend the deadline for reply by an additional 15 working days.

We would be grateful if you could supply us with further information/clarification on the topic.

Document requested: All documents, including emails and social media apps, related to the EU Delegation in Kenya's monitoring and follow-up of the situation of blocked adoptions of children in Congo.

Dear EEAS ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS,

I now realise that there is indeed a mistake in the request.

I now confirm that our request for the documents relates to the EU Delegation in Kenya's monitoring and follow-up of the situation of blocked adoptions of children in KENYA.

The situation about Congo was cleared under another request, where it came out that the EU Delegation addressed the issue and got the exit of the children from Congo cleared.

Our apologies for this confusion.
