After Brexit

We're waiting for Abdul Hai to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Legal Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Do you have any documents in relation to the status of the Commission and European Parliament after British MEPs leave?

There has been some doubt as to where the decisions which they are involved in are actually legal.

Yours faithfully,

Abdul Hai
