Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

On May 5th 2021, decision No R-ED-2021-67 established a transparency register for Frontex [1]. This decision defined the procedure for reporting a meeting or contact, including the Notification Form that needs to be filled in for each one of these events.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- the list of events or meetings from the agendas of the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Directors as well as Heads of Divisions, over the period from May 5th 2021, until April 5th 2022, where 'Third-Party Stakeholders', as defined in the aforementioned decision under Article 2 point b), were present.

For each of the agenda item, list the following data elements:
1- function(s) held by Frontex' representatives who were scheduled to be present at said agenda item
2- date and time of the agenda item
3- title or name used for the event associated with the agenda item, if it exists
4- Initiator, i.e. the entity within Frontex that scheduled the agenda item, in cases where it was scheduled by an internal entity.

It is accepted that no Personal Data regarding the Third-Party Stakeholders will be included.

Dear Frontex Transparency Office,

Thank you for your response.

The transparency register unfortunately includes only a subset of the information I am applying for. As you are aware, the transparency register contains all "meetings and contacts of the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Directors and Heads of Divisions in matters concerning procurement procedures and tenders for services, equipment or outsourced projects and studies" (decision No R-ED-2021-67, Article 2 point a))

I am, however, interested in all meetings and contacts of said aforementioned personnel, regardless of whether the matter of the meeting or contact related to procurement procedures & tenders or not, provided a Third- Party stakeholder was present. I hope that clarification helps.

This could be provided as an export of all calendar items from the agendas of the listed personnel members, or any other form that is most convenient for retrieval.
