Agreement with collaborative economy platforms

The request was successful.

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

On March 5, the Commission announced it had "reached a landmark agreement with Airbnb, Booking, Expedia Group and Tripadvisor on data sharing". I would like to request the agreement and annexes as well as related documents held by the Commission.

Yours faithfully,

Alexander Fanta
