Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Please provide me with information showing the number of complaints about alleged breaches of ambient air quality in the UK and relevant EU Directives. I would appreciate if you could provide information for these complaints showing: the date that the Commission accepted the complaint for investigation, the country of residence of the complainant, if the complainant is a natural person (or company, local authority, etc) the status of the complaint and if held, the outcome/decision.
