All documents for BREXIT negotiations, prepared from UK citizens for the EU authorities

We're waiting for Klaus Zinser to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Background: Especially the case of Mr Michael Shotter, a UK citizens is known, who works in the office of Mr Juncker, directly under Mr Martin Selmayr (Party member of German CDU, Merkel Party and previous Bertelsmann Gütersloh Lobbyist). Possibly there are more UK citizens who have access to documents for Brexit negotiations or even prepare such documents.

Therefore I request all the names of UK citizens in the EU Commission, the EU parliament and in the EU council who have access to Brexit documents or have of prepare such documents. If the EU authorities are careful there must be such lists.

Further i request all documents for Brexit negotiations where UK citizens in the EU authorities have access. There could be UK spies.

Also I request all documents prepared for Brexit. Documents who were prepared partially or fully by UK citizens should be marked with the names and position of these people.

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser

Dear Mr Zinser,

Subject:       Your application for access to documents

We refer to your e-mail dated 16/10/2018 in which you make a request for
access to documents.

The description given in your application does not enable us to identify
concrete documents which would correspond to your request.

Your request “all documents for Brexit negotiations where UK citizens in
the EU authorities have access”.

First of all, we would like to inform you that the document management
systems of the Commission have no search tools based on the nationalities
of the persons who have access to a document.

We therefore invite you, pursuant to Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 regarding public access to documents, to provide us with more
detailed information on the documents which you seek to obtain, such as
references, dates or periods during which the documents would have been
produced, persons or bodies who drafted the documents etc.

The 15 working days the time limit for handling your application will
start running when we receive the requested clarifications.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Yours faithfully,

Carlos Remis
