We refer to your e-mail dated 12/02/2018 in which you make a request for

As far as the European Committee of the Regions is concerned, there is a
European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) called "Via Carpatia",
officially registered by the Committee, according to Art. 5 of the
Regulation 1082/2006 (you can find the full list [1]here).

 

Subsequently to the registration of Via Carpatia EGTC, the European
Committee of the Regions has been given the following documents:

-          Convention on the establishment of the EGCT Via Carpatia; date:
09/01/2013; language: English

-          Publication on the Official Journal of the establishment of the
EGCT Via Carpatia; date: 22/06/2013; language: English

-          Publication on the Official Journal of the establishment of the
EGCT Via Carpatia; date: 22/06/2013; language: Slovak

 

Please find attached a copy of the documents you requested.
