Your application is currently being handled. However, we were not in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expired yesterday.
An extended time limit is needed as a thorough search is still being
carried out. In addition we have several other requests ongoing and are
working on each one as fast as we can.
Therefore, we have extended the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding

In the "Initial reply to Mr Flues.pdf" on page 2 you mention that "A list of documents is enclosed in Annex I". However, I have not been able to find Annex I among the documents you sent. Could you please make Annex I available to me or point me to the place where I can find it?
