We refer to your e-mail of 13 June 2021 in which you make a request for
access to documents that was registered under the reference number CINEA
2021/15.
You request access to :
"1)Specifications, 2)Regulator Guides and 3)health and safety

We regret to inform you that the European Climate, Infrastructure and
Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) does not hold any documents that
would correspond to the description given in your application. As
specified in Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, the right of
access as defined in that Regulation applies only to existing documents in
the possession of the institution. Given that no such documents,
corresponding to the description given in your application, are held by
the CINEA, we are not in a position to fulfil your request.
Please note that CINEA is an executive agency that implements parts of EU
funding programmes for transport, energy and climate action. It is the
successor organization of the Innovation and Networks Executive Agency
(INEA), as of 1 April 2021. The main programmes managed by CINEA are: the
Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) and Horizon Europe: the EU's Research and
Innovation programme for which CINEA manages the areas of transport and
energy; the Innovation Fund; LIFE Programme; European Maritime,
Aquaculture and Fisheries Fund. In 2021, CINEA will also start
implementing the EU Renewable Energy Mechanism and the Just Transition
Mechanism.
