Anglo Irish Promissory notes

Dear European Central Bank,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents relating to the Anglo Irish Promissory notes

All Correspondece between the central bank and interested parties in relation to the Anglo Irish Promissory

Any requests from the Irish Government in relation to the Anglo Irish Promissory

The ECB confirms receipt, on 6 December 2012, of your application for
access to  1) all documents relating to the Anglo Irish Promissory notes;
2) all correspondence between the central bank and interested parties  in
relation to the Anglo Irish Promissory notes and 3) any requests from the
Irish Government in relation to the Anglo Irish Promissory notes.
