Article 16 of Staff Regulations and Peter Faross

The request was partially successful.

Dear Human Resources and Security (HR),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents which relate to Peter Faross and his move from the European Commission to UEAPME.

In particular, I request a note of all Mr Faross's job titles at the European Commission, including dates held; copies of any application(s) that Mr Faross has made under Article 16 of the Staff Regulations to undertake outside / professional activities; and all correspondence, emails or meeting notes related to the authorisation of this new role.

Yours faithfully,

Vicky Cann
