Dear Madam,
Our services are still examining your request for access to documents and, exceptionally, we need to extend the deadline for reply by additional 15 working days in accordance with Article 8.2 of Regulation 1049/2001 for the reply to be adequately validated.
Documents in possession of the EEAS that relate to the resignation of Mr De Ruyt can only be released, after having obtained the approval of Mr De Ruyt, as they contain personal data relating to him, in accordance to Article 4.1(b) of Regulation 1049/2001 and Article 18 of Regulation 45/2001. We have sent to Mr De Ruyt a request to agree to such a release and are waiting for his reply.

Dear EEAS ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS,
Thanks for the reply but please note that this particular original request related to Jean de Ruyt and now you have sent me a reply relating to a separate request about Darren Ennis. This is confusing.
Yours sincerely,
Vicky Cann
Dear EEAS ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS,
Please note that I continue to await an answer to my request tabled on 14 February 2012 about Mr Jean De Ruyt. So far you have only replied to me about Mr Ennis which is a separate request entirely.
This is now very overdue!
Yours sincerely,
Vicky Cann
