Agriculture and Rural Development has replied saying they have transferred your request to another public body.

Dear Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRI),

Dear Madam,

We refer to your e-mail dated 19 November 2013 in which you make a request
for access to documents, registered on 20 November 2013 under the above
mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 11 December 2013. An extended
time limit is needed because the application requires additional time for
follow up. Therefore, we must extend the time limit by a further 15
working days. The new time limit expires on 13 January 2014.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,

Valérie Rolland (on behalf of Ms Thinam Jakob, Head of unit HR.B.1)

The response from the Commission (Human Resources, not Agri) to this request has been posted here, rather confusingly: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/phili...

I will separately make a confirmatory application as I consider that we should get access to all relevant documents once the Commission's investigations have been completed.
