Article 77d paragraph 4 of Directive 2009/138/EC (Solvency II)

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents pursuant to the EU Treaties, as developed in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, I would like to request the following documents:

Any and all documents and information pertaining to the proposals for legislative change, negotiation and adoption of Article 77d paragraph 4 of Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 (Solvency II) concerning the volatility adjustment, including, but not limited to, any relevant document, proposal, report, minutes, consultation process or any other information relating to the above provision (e.g., relevant discussions within the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament, the European Commission and with stakeholders etc.).
