Article 91- Data Protection
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All the documents, e-mails, correspondence (including hand-written letter), notes, agendas, etc. related to article 91 of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
- A list of the meetings (and every document- including emails- related to those meetings) between any member/staff of the Parliament with churches, religious associations or communities, related to data protection. The list should include the participants (both from the Parliament and from the organization), the date, the place and the subject.
