Dear Mr Cooke,

Thank you for contacting the European Court of Auditors (ECA).

We would like to inform you that all our audit reports are published on our website (eca.europa.eu). Unfortunately, from the information you provided, we are unable to identify any of our audit reports, or audits, regarding the project you mention in your request.

To help us with any further research, we kindly ask you to send us more details regarding the project or the area audited (e.g. title or number of the Operational Programme concerned) and, if possible, the year of the audit.

We would also like to inform you that EU funded projects may be audited by other organisations, e.g. European Commission or national audit and control authorities.

ECA-INFO, European Court of Auditors

Dear Mr Cooke,

Thank you for contacting the European Court of Auditors (ECA) again.

We can inform you that your request was forwarded in July to the team in charge of auditing EU investment for cohesion, growth and inclusion - including the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) - who carried out a search across their audit database based on the information that you provided us. As stated in our e-mails of 14.07.2016 and 25.07.2016, we do not have the required information in order to identify any ECA audits or audit reports relating to the project you mention. Therefore, we asked you to provide us with more information about the project or area audited (e.g. title or number of the Operational Programme concerned) and, if possible, the year of the audit.

From your correspondence, we understand that, following our recommendation, you addressed your query also to the European Commission's Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy.

Kind regards,
