Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. Report from audit of slovak Ministry of employment by European comission, which was delivered to the ministry in Slovak language 19.4.2018. Audit of the EU funds operational program was conducted during October 2017.

2. Reaction/opinion of slovak Ministry of employment to this report.
