Dear Madam, Sir,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- All communication between the European Commission and the Netherlands regarding audits of EMFF and/or EMFAF since 15 February 2023

- Any internal Commission communications on, and/or assessment of, the follow-up actions taken by the Netherlands in response to audit reports, since 15 February 2023

Please send me an acknowledgement of receipt for this request, as foreseen by Article 7 (1) of Regulation 1049/2001.
