Dear Madam, Sir

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request registered on 29/08/2018 under reference number GestDem 2018/4619.

The request included all documents related to the 28-6-2016 meeting between Friedrich-Nikolaus Von Peter and Google.

In the response, DG Move said that the Commission "does not hold any documents that would correspond to the description" .

I would like the Commission's secretariat-general to do a renewed search, because I find it difficult to believe that such a meeting could take place without any paper trail. At the very least, one would expect email correspondence between Von Peter and Google to establish the meeting. But one would also expect some document (email, summary) to contain the information of what was said during that meeting.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/auto...

All the best
