British Nationals working, claiming benefits and pensions in EU Member States

Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion did not have the information requested.

Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to know how many British born nationals are working in the EU (excluding the UK), How many are claiming benefits and how many are claiming pensions.

I would also request these to be split into separate EU member states, so i know who is claiming what in each member state.

Yours faithfully,

Edward Sumner
