Cabinet member meetings
Dear Madam, Sir,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents - including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, e-mails, and presentations - related to the following meetings with various cabinet members of Commissioners:
Catherine Sustek (Schinas) – International Association of Oil & Gas Producers
16/01/2020
Juraj Nociar (Šefčovič) – Philip Morris International Inc.
23/01/2020
Agnieszka Drzewoska & Dermot Ryan (Hogan) – EUROGAS aisbl
28/01/2020
Kyriacos Charalambous (Hahn) – EUROGAS aisbl
29/01/2020
Natalie Pauwels (Lenarčič) – EUROGAS aisbl
29/01/2020
Jorge Pinto Antunes & Simona Pinzariu (Wojciechowski) – EUROGAS aisbl
29/01/2020
Alienor Margerit (Gentiloni) – EUROGAS aisbl
29/01/2020
Kyriacos Charalambous (Hahn) – International Association of Oil & Gas Producers
29/01/2020
Since multiple registered meetings with Eurogas occurred on the same day, it is possible that they are not separate meetings but a single meeting which several cabinet members attended (but registered separately).
If you send these documents digitally, please consider the environment by not sending me postal mail.
Sincerely,
Peter Teffer
