Dear Agriculture and Rural Development,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Correspondence between DG AGRI and Netherlands authorities, concerning an investigation into EAGF/EAFRD spending, known as AA/2020/009/NL, including annexes.
Excluding the documents that DG AGRI has provided in response to a previous request for documents, known by reference 2023/4922.

Dear Sir,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 6/12/2023 under case number 2023/7253.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be able
to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15
working days, which expires on 05/01/2024.
An extended time limit is needed as part of the documents requested
originate from third parties, which have been consulted.
