Car industy lobbying on car testing systems

Climate Action has replied saying you have to contact another public body.

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- a list of the meetings between Climate Action and the European Automobile Manufacturer Association (ACEA) and/or its Member organisations and/or its associated associations (BMW Group, DAF Trucks, Daimler, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Ford of Europe, Opel Group, Hyundai Motor Europe, Iveco, Jaguar Land Rover, PSA Peugeot Citroën, Renault, Toyota Motor Europe, Volkswagen Group, AB Volvo, Volvo Car Corporation, FFOE,FEBIAC,ACM,OEB, AIA,CCFA, VDA, AHAI, SIMI, ANFIA,Auto Asociacijas, LAA, RAI,PZPM, ACAP, ACAROM, ZAP SR, BIL Sweden, ANFAC, OSD, Auto-Suisse, SMMT) concerning the introduction of new car emission testing systems and/or the introduction of new air pollution testing systems, with topics and dates of meetings included.

- all minutes of the above meetings

- any correspondence between the above mentioned actors on the introduction of new car emission testing systems and/or the introduction of new air pollution testing systems

Please consider the request applicable during the previous 12 months (September 2014 to August 2015)

I refer to your email dated 19^th August 2015 in which you are requesting
documents as provided in Regulation 1049/2001.

Thank you for submitting this request.

 

Please be informed that DG Climate Action is in charge of policy reducing
CO[2] emissions from road vehicles.

The introduction of new car emission testing systems and/or the
introduction of new air pollution testing systems, however, are dealt with
in  DG Growth.
