Please pass my complaint to the OLAF controller Mrs Julia Laffranque of procedural guarantees so that it would be possible to consider within its competence on separate basis these issues such as existence of conflict of interest, subjectivity resulting from public activities of OLAF employees outside job like fund rising in the Internet

OLAF and HR department should be in possession of the documents confirming existence of family status of persons involved in fundraising together with their families whose names correspond to its investigator

Thank you for your message. Please, note that according to Article 9b of Regulation No 883/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 September 2013, only the persons concerned by an investigation can lodge a complaint with the Controller of Procedural Guarantees.
