Dear Legal Service,

We stick to the initial description:

All documents related to the ECJ case started in 2017.
Meaning all public, all formal case-related documents, and all internal/external documents/communication on this case.

Considering the recent and current investigations in several EU Member States into the matter of private adoption agencies in general, and in the case of their actions in Congo in particular, this request should contribute to further awareness about this and be considered a matter of public interest.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Legal Service,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Case T-658/17 Against Child Trafficking v European Commission'.

I request to reconsider the decision not to provide access to the exchange of emails between the Legal Service and Olaf, documents 1 and 1.1.).

1. Exchange of emails from 2 to 8 February 2018 between the Legal Service and OLAF
[document reference Ares(2018)833874];
1.1. Annex to the exchange of emails;

I also request to reconsider the blackening of the arguments brought by Against Child Trafficking.

The issue of child trafficking for intercountry adoption in Congo is a heinous crime against children and their families that needs full transparency.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/case_...
