Dear Ms. Verheecke,
Thank you for your message 8 December 2023.
We would like to inform you that, based on a preliminary assessment, it
appears that the scope of your request is extremely broad without a time
frame potentially encompassing many topics, requiring a substantial amount
of time and resources in order to be processed. In addition, depending on
the nature of the documents identified, third party consultations might be
needed in accordance with Article 4(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001
("the ATD Regulation").
For this reason, in order to facilitate the identification and the
processing of the relevant documents, we would like to discuss with you
the possibility of more clearly defining the scope of your request, taking
into account your specific interests.
We would therefore propose to have a call with you to discuss the above as
soon as feasible, as it is the easiest way to clarify all the relevant
aspects. Could you please let us know your availabilities?
For example, a possible timeslot could be:
Thursday 14 December at 10:00 – 11:00 or 15:00 – 16:00 Helsinki time, or
Monday 18 December at 10:00 - 11:00 Helsinki time or
Tuesday 19 December at 15:00 - 16:00 Helsinki time
We also invite you to communicate your email contact details directly to
this email address, in order to organise the call.
We look forward to your feedback.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Best regards,

Dear ECHA ATD,
Thank you for your reply.
I think the website does not share your email or my email.
Nonetheless, I can tell you that I am specifically looking at the Ricardo assessment of the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability, ordered by CEFIC and published in December 2021.
I would like to know how and when it has been shared with ECHA by either Ricardo or CEFIC.
Yours sincerely,
Lora Verheecke
