CETA Committee on Biotech Market Access Issues
Dear Trade,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) the report and the list of participants of the 3rd meeting of the CETA Biotech Market Access Issues held on 21 October 2020 via video conference
2) the name of the soybean which was discussed during the meeting of the bilateral dialogue on biotech market access issues on 4th March 2019 in Brussels and by videoconference.
I would be very grateful if you would release documents when they are retrieved, rather than waiting until the full reply is ready.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Lora Verheecke
