- A list of participants at the meetings referred to in the previous point.

- A timeline, action plan or any other document that summarises the possible changes to be made to the Council's Rules of Procedure and when this is likely to happen (e.g. "state of play" document).

Council of the European Union

Dear Madams and Sirs,

Thank you for your email addressed to the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union.

We have the pleasure to provide you with the information on your questions:

- "The name of the working party in the Council that would be responsible for possible amendments to the Council's Rules of Procedure."
Officially no preparatory body has been designated to be responsible for amendments to the Council's Rules of Procedure. However, earlier it was the Antici group that handled the Council's Rules of Procedure.

- "A list of meetings at which possible changes to the Council's Rules of Procedure have been discussed."
At the moment, there are no changes planned in the Rules of Procedure, and thus there is no meeting to be referred to.

- "A list of participants at the meetings referred to in the previous point."
As no such meetings have taken place, we obviously cannot provide a participants list.

- "A timeline, action plan or any other document that summarises the possible changes to be made to the Council's Rules of Procedure and when this is likely to happen (e.g. "state of play" document). "
As no changes are foreseen (as mentioned above in the second reply), there is no such timeline or action plan.

We hope that this information will be useful for you. If you require any further information, you are welcome to contact us again.
