Dear Madams & Sirs,

in your response from 13 January 2016 you informed me that the first part of my request - regarding minutes and other reports of the meetings of the trade counsellors in China (since 01 January 2015) - was still under discussion and that you would get back to me on this issue.

As this has not happened since, I was wondering: could you let me know if I can still expect the release of the missing documents and if so, by when?

Yours faithfully,

Pia Eberhardt
