Commission Decision C(2013)4857 of 22/07/2013

We're waiting for Mr. Orestis BEKAS to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Economic and Financial Affairs (ECFIN),

The application under Regulation No 1049/2001 the Commission Decision C(2013)4857 of 22/07/2013 'Commission Decision on relating to the recovery of two grants received by the Greek Consumer Organisation E.KAT.O. under the Prince programme'.

I would appreciate if DG ECFIN would grant full access to the following documents:

1. The Commission Decision

2. The Debit Note(s) referred to in the Decision

3. The Financial Statement(s) with which the economic operator justified the claimed subsidies and are associated with the Debit Note(s)

4. The correspondence between DG ECFIN and the beneficiary about the 2 grant agreements under the Price programme

5. The 2 grant agreements, including all annexes thereto

In the event an external financial audit was carried out to the beneficiary, I would appreciate if DG ECFIN would grant full access to the following documents:

6. The letter notifying the audit to the beneficiary

7. The draft and final audit reports

8. Any 'audit manual(s)' in use by DG ECFIN for such kind of financial audits

In the event an external financial audit was carried out to the beneficiary by an audit firm (as an authorised representative of DG ECFIC), I would appreciate if DG ECFIN would grant full access to the following documents:

9. The correspondence between the audit firm and DG ECFIN about the audit to the beneficiary - addressee of the Decision

10. The 'audit manual(s)' under which the audit firm conducted the financial audit, which may be different documents than those requested under (9) above.

11. The contract between DG ECFIN and the audit firm.

It is clarified that this application does not request the transfer of personal data of the staff of the addressee of the Decision.
