I am writing to remind you that I have not received the document that I requested "RSCOM11-48 rev 3 "DRAFT Commission Decision on paired 2 GHz band". By law, I should have received this document by now (or at least a reply), as the 15 working day period has ended - taking into account public holidays over Easter.

This is a very straightforward request, for a single specified document, and it is difficult to understand why it should take this long to respond. However, for your information, the responsible official within DG INFSO is Pearse O'Donohue.
