Commission du contrôle budgétaire

The request was successful.

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

In the electronic version of "WRITTEN QUESTIONS TO THE AGENCIES for 2012 Budgetary discharge", available here
http://www.europarl.europa.eu/meetdocs/2...
there are missing questions for some eu agencies:
[CDT]
[ECDC]
[EFCA]
[EIGE]
[ETF]
[EUROFOUND]
[FRA]
[GNSS]

I request access to the missing questions and / or reasons for "no questions" for the above agencies.

Yours faithfully,

Martin Welz

OUR REF A(2014)659/MJC/EN

Dear Mr Welz,

In reply to your request we would like to inform you of the following:

Questions to the agencies were put forward by the Members. The number of questions addressed to each agency varied, and to eight agencies no individual questions were submitted.
31 agencies which are subject to the discharge 2012 procedure are listed on CONT webpage in alphabetical order. When the questionnaire was consolidated, the same order was kept (with one inconsistency - EASO, for which the 2012 discharge procedure is the first but is listed as last), and the acronyms of the agencies not receiving any question left in the list [in square brackets].
As for the reasons why those eight agencies did not receive any specific question, it is to be noted that at the time the questions were collected, there was already comprehensive background information/documents available for the annual discharge procedure. The documents are published on CONT webpage.

We hope this information is useful to you.
