This regulation is based on the Council Regulation (EC)N° 2658/87

The implementing procedure was set up in decision 1999/468, still
applicable at the time, before Regulation (EU)182/2011  entered into force

)

 

The Commission adopts the relevant measures and their annual update
without intervention of the European Parliament (see Articles 10 and 12 of
the above mentioned Regulation); the competent service is Taxation and
Customs Unit, in the European Commission.

European Parliament is not involved in this procedure.

 

On this basis Parliament considers your request as handled and the file
closed. Please do not hesitate to come back to us, should you have any new
request for specific Parliament documents.
